Reportable Occurrence Reports R0-370/83-62 and R0-370/83-63 were to have been submitted by November 14, and November 15, 1983, respectively. These 30-day reportable occurrences (pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.11) concern, respectively, the Reactor Coolant System's lowest operating loop temperature (T being less than 551*F (Technical Specification 3.1.1.4) andacontainmenk)isolationvalvespecifiedinTable3.6-2beinginoperable av (Technical Specification 3.6.3).
At this time, analyses of the incidents and preparation of the reports are not complete. These reports will be submitted by December 1, 1983.
