SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE June 1991
'Ihc unit began the month shutdown for a scheduled maintenance outage.
Major work performed during the month included the replacement of Salt Water Pumps, repairs to 12A Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) and various surveillance tests.
1 Reactor Coolant System (RCS) heatup was commenced on June 30.
RCS heatup was stopped on July 1 to evaluate excess vibrations on 12A RCP.
The unit ended the month in llot Standby (Mode 3), scheduled to return to service on July 16,1991.

SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE June 1991 The unit began the month at 100% (840 MWe).
A shutdown was commenced at 1400 on June 15 due to a loss of Control Room Air Conditioning (CR llVAC) operability,12 CR IIVAC became overloaded while 11 CR llVAC was being prepared for post maintenance testing. The shutdown was required by Technical Specihcations.
The generator was taken offline at 1632 and the reactor was shutdown at 1750. Cold Shutdown was reached at 1130 on June 16.
Repairs were made to the llVAC units and RCS heatup was commenced on June 25. The reactor was taken critical at 1735 on June 27 and the generator was paralleled to the grid at 0026 on June 28.
Power ascension was delayed to repair a Steam Generator steam now transmitter and 21 IIcatcr Drain Tank liigh Lcvel Dump. The unit reached 96% (740 MWe) at 1810 on June 29.
The unit ended the month at %% (740 MWe) with repairs being made to #21 Ileater Drain Tank liigh level Dump.
