Dy letter dated April 23,1991 (Serial: NLS 91070), Carolina Power & Light Company requested a change to the Technical Specifications for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2. The proposed change would revise the minimum critical pov>cr ratio (MCPR) safety limit and add the GE8x8NU 3 fuel typo for Cycle 10 operation.
