addenda, GPU Nuclear is forwarding the requisite reports resulting from the Inservice Inspection activities conducted during our recently concluded 15R refueling outage.

The NIS-1 inspections which were performed have been separated into two groups. Table I contains a list of inspections performed for ASME Code credit or augmented inspection requirements. Table 2 contains a list of inspections where indications were recorded and resolved. In-vessel visual inspections have been summarized in the abstract section of the NIS-1 form.
The NIS-2 forms, documenting repairs or replacements, are also attached. The repair performed on the core shroud is included in this group.
