Dear Mr. Denton:
As committed by SCE&G in responses to Generic Letter 82-33
. dated April 15, 1983 and July 21, 1983, attached are five (5) copies of the program plan for the Control Room Design Review of the Virgil C.
Suinmer Nuclear Station.
This plan describes the methodology that will be used to perform the review and to assess the significance of human engineering discrepancies, the staffing and qualification of the review team, and the documentation to be provided.
Generic Letter 82-33 requested licensees to submit the program plan within-two months ~of the start of the Control Room Design Review.
In accordance with the schedule contained in'the plan, SCE&G intends to proceed with ' preliminary aspects of the Control Room Design Review including the the Operating Experience Review and assembly of Control Room Documentation.
