- OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION MAY 1991 NORMAL POWER OPERATION WAS EXPERIENCED DURING THE MONTH OF MAY WITH ONE EXCEPTION. A SHUTDOWN WAS CONDUCTED TO REPAIR A LEAKING CORE SPRAY VALVE. A CAPACITY FACTOR OF 91.6% WAS ACHIEVED FOR THE MONTH.
