- Narrative Summary of Operations February 1995 At 0624 on February 16,1995, with the Unit in mode 1 and operating at 100 percent reactor power, a ramp to approximately 49 percent reactor power was commenced.
J The unit was ramped down due to the loss of forced cooling on the phase 3 Main Power Transformer.
The unit was returned to 100 percent reactor power at 1757 on February 16,1995.
There was no major safety related maintenance performed during the month.
