Dear Sirs:
In accordance with 10 C.F.R. 6 2.740a(e), Georgia Power Company encloses a copy of the original transcripts of the deposition of Mr. Allen L. Mosbaugh taken on July 22,1994 and continued on August 23,1994 (Volume II) and August 24,1994 (Volume III). The court reporter states that more than 30 days had been given to the deponent to read and sign the depositions but that they had not been signed.
Also enclosed is a copy of the original signed transcript of the deposition of Alfred E.
Chaffee taken on October 21,1994. The court reporter has verified Mr. Chaffee's deposition I
was returned without an errata sheet.
