Emergency Plan Procedures Revisions and Changes

Dear Mr. Denton:

South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority (PSA) submits two (2) copies of the Revisions and Changes to the Emergency Plan Procedures (EPP) as shown on the attached list The thirty (30) day criteria of 10CFR50 Appendix E has been exceeded on all but two of these procedures.

SCE&G will take steps to ensure future changes are submitted within the proper time requirements.
