This is a 10CFR50.55(e) interim report for the problem concerning W. J.
Woolley Company's quality assurance documentation.
This condition was reported via telecon to Mr. H. Kister, of your staff, on May 4, 1983 as a poter.tially reportable deficiency.
Interim reports concerning this problem were submitted via our letters dated May 19, 1983 and August 12, 1983.
The final report concerning this problem will be submitted by June 30, 1984. This extension was confirmed in a telecon between Mr. T. Loomis (Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Nuclear Licensing) and Mr. S. Collins, of your staff, on December 14, 1983.
