(b) Has NRC Staff or any consultant (s) or contractor (s) or other person (s) working for or with NRC staff tested any part of the Harris containment building or base mat for (1) honeycombing (ii) voids (iii) strength (iv) cracks (v) other properties you consider innortant to maint&6ning containment integrity?

(c) Does NRC Staff or anyone working for you or with you possess any copies or cony of any nortion of the nour ne :kage(s) or concrete data for any of the up to 103 parts of the Harris containment in which voids or honeyconbing were found? (d) To the extent any answer to (a)(b) or (c) above or any subpart thereof is affirmative, please (1) identify all documents in your possession containing the information inquired about, c.g. testing methods and test result s and/or renorts in (a) and (b), copies in (c); (ii) state what significance if any Staff's affiant believes each such document has re Eddlenan 65; (iii) nake each such document available for inspection and cooying by Wells Eddlenan.
