BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - UNCONTROLLED PARTS FOR BATTERY CHARGERS FROM POWER CONVERSION PRODUCTS, INC. - BLRD-50-438/83 SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector L. Watson on December 17, 1982 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BL-2-P.
This was followed by our first interim report dated January 17, 1983 and our final report dated April 19, 1983 Below is supplemental information on the subject nonconformance. We consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
The new amplifier board number indicated in our final report on this matter (91-3269) was incorrect. The correct number is 91-3463
- Also, due to an inadvertent erece, the vedor manual belonging to TVA's
~ % of Nuclear Power (NUC PR) was not rinvised at the time we M final report on this subject. The NUC PR manual has an reviced.
