. 3/4.6 CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS 3/4.6.1 PRIMARY CONTAINMENT -

Containment Leakage LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.6.1.2 Containment leakage rates shall be limited to:

a. An overall integrated leakage rate of:
1. 5 L, (346,000 SCCM), 0.20 percent by weight of the containment air per 24 hour2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
syt;P., 50 psig, or
2. 5 L. (44,600 SCCM), 0.042 percent by weight of the containment air per 24 hours2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
at a reduced pressure of P ,

25 psig.

b. A combined leakage rate of 5 0.50 L (173,000 SCCM), for all penetrations and valves subject to type B and C tests when pressurized to P .

APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3 and 4.

ACTION: With either (a) the measured overall integrated containment leakage rate exceeding 0.75 L (259.500 SCCM), or 0.75 L applicable, or (b) with the m,asured e combined leakageterafor (33,400 all SCCM), as penetrations and valves subject to Types B and C tests exceeding 0.50 L restore the overall integrated containment leakage rate to less than or.,

equal to 0.75 L as applicable, and the combined leakag e rateorforless all than or equaland penetrations to 0.75 va L.,lves subject to Type B and C tests to less than or equal to 0.50 L, prior to. increasing the Reactor Coolant System temperature above 200 F.

F SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.6.1.2 The containment leakage rates shall be demonstrated at the following test schedule and shall be determined in conformance with the criteria, methods and provisions specified in 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J:

a. ArefType A tests (Overall Integrated Containment Leakage Rate) shall be conducted ;t ;pprai=tcly ;wel ir.tcry;l;'11uring guyown at gher Pg, (50 psig) or at P (25 psig).tWg ::h"
