Oconee Nucl. ear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287 Inspection Report 50-269, -270, -287/93-25 Revised Response to Notice of Violation By letter dated February 11, 1994, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation as described in the subject Inspection Report.
Our response was submitted in a letter dated May 12, 1994.
In our response to violation
'A', we committed to providing a schedule for the completion of the analysis of the two phase conditions downstream of the RBCUs for Oconee.
This schedule was provided in a letter dated November 2, 1994 and indicated a completion date of 1/3/95 for Oconee Units 1 and 2.
Preliminary results from the analysis have been obtained and are being verified.
- However, this process will not be completed by 1/3/95.
Therefore, the completion date needs to be extended to 2/13/95.
This is the first extension of the commitment date.
