Flie: 95-001-493: 95-056-026 Arizona Public Service Co. (APS) is hereby submitting the proposed plan to address Regulatory Guide 5.68 " Protection Against Malevolent Use of Vehicles at Nuclear Power Plants." In accordance with 10 CFR 73.55(c)(9)(i), Enclosure 1 provides a summary description of the proposed vehicle control measures as required by 10 CFR 73.55(c)(7) and the iesults of the vehicle bomb comparison as required by 10 CFR 73.55(c)(8). provides a detailed description of the proposed vehicle barrier system including supporting calculations.
The material enclosed herein contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and is to be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 and should O_ol be placed in the public document room.
