Isolate each affected penetration by use of at least one deactivated automatic damper secured in the isolation position and declare the j
associated system, inoperable, if applicable, and perform the assoc-fated ACTION statements for that system, or Isolate each affected penetration by use of at least one closed manual c.
valve or blind flange and declare the associated system inoperable, if applicable, and perform the associated ACTION statements for that system.

a.
Prior to returning the damper to service after maintenance, repair or replacement work is performed on the damper or its associated actuator, control or power circuit, by cycling the damper through at least one complete cycle of full travel and verifying theC =C isolation time.
NWhen irradiated fuel is being handled in the Fuel Building.
