OPERATIONS NARRATIVE Cooper Nuclear Station August 1983 The 1983 Refueling Outage continued through the month of August but is nearing completion. Weld overlay repair of Recire. piping, Core Spray piping, and Reactor Water Cleanup piping is complete. A startup is scheduled for September 1, 1983. An operating cycle through Octcher, 1984 is planned.
