SUMMARY

DISPOSITION ON EDDLEMAN CONTENTION 80 Wells Eddlenan hereby anends the Motion for Partial Sumnary Disposition on Eddleman 80, at page 2,1st full paragranh, to renove the reference to liquid pathway doses. These are irrelevant to Eddlenan 80 and their inclusion was an er"or by me.

The first full paragraph of the 8-31-83 notion on page 2 should read as follows:

"Taking ER Table 5 2.5-2 values for these doses (The NRC Staff connutec a higher velease of radioicdines, s ee answer to my interrogatory 27 at page 60 of Staff's 6/21/83 response), if 4
