In accordance with a United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) letter, Docket No. 50-400/401 dated September 20,1982 and 10 CFR 73.55, l
Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) herewith transmits four copies each of the revised Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan.
The attached complete copies of the revised plans include the revisions specified in the NRC letter of September 20, 1982. Please note that a fifth copy of the preceding is being transmitted to Mr. George McCorkle, (NMSS, USNRC) by copy of this letter.
The plans transmitted herewith contain information which has been determined to be Safeguards information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
