BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - GENERIC IMPLICATIONS OF FAILURE TO IMPLEMENT DESIGN CRITERIA IN DESIGN DRAWINGS - BLRD-50-438/81-30, BLRD-50-439/81 SIITH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Celenjak on April 1, 1981, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN QAB 8101. This was followed by our interim reports dated May 1 and October 22, 1981, January 22, and July 7, 1982, and January 14, 1983 TVA is still evaluating the subject deficiencies. TVA has completed the review of functional control logio diagrams. As a result of this review, NCRs BLN BLP 8101, 06,10,18, and 19, BLN BLP 8222 and 35, and BLN BLP -

8312, and 21 have been initiated. However, additional investigations of other deswings must be performed before the subject nonconformance (BLN QAB 8101) can be resolved.
