SUMMARY

MONTH: April 1991 McGuire Unit 1 began the month of April operating at 100% full power i

i The unit operated at or near 100% full power until 0900 on 04/25, when a power decrease was begun to take the unit off line due to high

-vibration on the 'C' reactor coolant pump.

The unit was taken off line at 1226'on 04/25.

After repairs to the lower motos bearing, the outage was extended due to a flange leak on the

'D' reactor coolant pump.

Tho unit remained in the outage as of the end of the month.
