SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE Indian Point Unit 3 remained shutdown for the entire reporting period.
On May 21, 1983 unit modifications, maintenance, and repairs were completed.
Start up was delayed and the unit remained in a cold shutdown condition until 3,
a the NRC License Amendment was received on May 27,1583. Plant heat up commenced on May 27,1983. On'May 31, 1983 the unit was in Hot Standby with the Reactor N
