Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.71, please hd attached 10 copies of the latest revisions to the Catawba Selected Licensee Commitmerits Manual. The SLC Manual is Chapter 16.0 to the Catawba FSAR. This manual is meant to contain commitments and other station issues that we believe warrant higher control, but are not appropriate in the Technical Specifications (TS).
