Dear Mr. Terry:

On October 7, 1994, the Commission issued Amendment Nos. 30 and 15 to Facility l

Operating License Nos. NPF-87 and NPF-89 for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric l

Station, Units 1 and 2.

The amendments revised the technical specifications to increase the maximum permitted power at which the post-refueling power ascension reactor coolant system flow verification can be performed.

l Due to an administrative error, Amendment No. 15 was assigned to Facility l

Operating License No. NPF-89.

It should be Amendment No. 16.

Enclosed is a corrected version of the transmittal letter and its enclosures.
