PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR {2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys; will take the deposition upon oral examination of Edward Tanzman on the subject areas of the Argonne National Laboratory review of the LILCO Transition Plan, the FEMA review of the LILCO Transition Plan, and the respective review processes.
