NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR {2. 740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of William F. Renz on the subject areas of the LILCO Transition Plan, communications, and offsite power. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at the H. Lee Dennison Building, 8th Floor, Veterans Memorial Highway,' Hauppauge, New York 11788 on the 2d day of September; 1983, at 9: 30 o' clock a.m. and from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
