NOTICE OF ' DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740a, Suf folk County, by its attorneys , will take the deposition upon oral examination of William G. Johnson on the subject areas of the LILCO Transition Plan and surveys. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at the H. Lee Dennison Building, 8th Floor, Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788 on the 6 th day of September, 1983, at 9 : 30 o' clock a.m. and fr om day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
