Attachment I 6.6.3 Other Special Reports There shall be a written report sent to the Commission within 30 days of the following occurrences:

(1) permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 1-2-3 personnel:

(2) significant changes in the transient or accide'nt analysis as

• described in the UFTR Safety Analysis Report dated January,1981.
