Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Revision to Proposed TS Amendment TS 3.6.1.8, 3'. 7. 6,
3.9.4, 3.9.11, and 3.7.7 My letter dated April 8, 1991 submitted a proposed amendment to Technical Specifications (TS) 3.6.1.8, 3.7.6, 3.9.4, 3.9.11, and 3.7.7.
Per discussions with your staff clarifying statements have been added to both the TS and the Bases.
Because of the need for timely approval, the request to
' indicate a bypass leakage criteria of 1% in TS 4.6.1.8.b.1, 4.6.1.8.e, 4.6.1.8.f, 4.9.11.2.b.1, 4.9.11.2.e, 4.9.11.2.f, 4.7.7.b.1, 4.7.7.e, and 4.7.7.f is being withdrawn.
This change will be resubmitted at a later date with additional justification.
The marked up TS pages, as described above, are attached.
