The report identi!ied one item whi< h appears to detiate irom Nht requirements. That iten, and Carulina l ai r & Light Company's response to it is ad !resse.' in the f ellowing text.

This out of specifiration stroke time was not noticed by the person performing the P1 or by subsequent reviews.
