Technical Evaluation Reports (TERs) for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2 and inform you if proprietary protection is still required.
Vepco has completed its review of the proprietary information and found one (1) item that is proprietary.
This is item 61 (pages 5a through Sj). Application for withholding and affidavits for this information were submitted to the NRC when i
the proprietary documents were originally submitted.
This completes the 30 day response requirements of the March 24, 1983 letter with regard to proprietary information.
