Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 197 Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, requests a change to Appendix A of its Operating License.

Technical Specification Table 4.15.2, items 2.a and 3.a are requested to be revised. The existing specifications were written for equipment which has been replaced by state of the art electronic circuitry. Although the existing requirements are adequate, a change to more accurately reflect the requirements of the presently installed instrumentation is requested.
