Docket No. 50-219 License No. DPR-16 Core Spray Sparger Inspections Referencet (1) GPUN letter 5000-91-2036/C321-91-2100, dated 4/15/91 (2) GPUN letter 5000-89-1697, dated 1/1.9/89 Topical Report No. 000 which was recently sent for your review described the nondestructive examinations (NDE) that were performed during the 13R outage on the Core Spray Spargers and the associated in-vessel annulus piping.
During a recent conversation with NRC staff, it was identified that a footnote from Table 1 of the report was inadvertently omitted.
This footnote was previously included in our 12R inspection report (Reference 2), and does not change the results (no new indicatione) from our 12R or 13R inspectione.
Please replace Table 1 with the enclosed amended table.
