BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - OMISSIONS TO AUXILIARY FEEDWATER PUMP DRAWINGS - BLRD-50-438/82-20, BLRD-50-439/82 FIFTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on February 25, 1982 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN BLP 8207. This was followed by our interim reports dated March 25, July 20, September 7, and December 14, 1982. This is our fifth interim report. TVA is still conducting its rigorous analysis of the turbine bearing cooling water piping.
