San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 & 3 Pursuant to Sections 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for San Onofre Units 2 and 3, respectively, this submittal provides the required 30-day written reports and copies of Licensee Event Reports (LER's) for two (2) occurrences involving Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.7.5 associated with the Control Room Emergency Air Cleanup System (CREACUS).

Since these occurrences involve a shared system between Unit 2 and Unit 3, in accordance with NUREG 0161, a single LER for each occurrence for Unit 2 (Docket 50-361) is provided.

Enclosed LER's83-020 and 83-027 address the.3e events, including corrective actions and measur'd a prevent recurrence.
