As you will remember; in its May 27, 1983 Meinorandum & Order (Ruling on Costs Savings Contentions, Discovery Disputes, and Scheduling Matters), the Licensing Board set a tentative schedule for a third prehearing conference and a visit to the Harris site for July 20 and 21,1983.

Accordingly, we at CP&L are now making arrangements for the tour.

The representatives 'of the intervenors and the NRC staff are, of course, welcome to s take the tour and the Board.has requested that I write to you.and advise you of the schedule.

Please let me kno'w by July 18,1983 whether you plan to take the tour on July 21st. l If you have any questicns, please call.
