Dear Mr. Youngblood:
Reference (a) was a transmittal from Texas Utilities Servicas Inc. (TUSI) to your office which provided information in response to open items from the NRC's Equipment Qualification Branch SQRT (Seismic Qualification Review Team) audit of the Comanche Peak site. The TUSI submittal contained information provided by Westinghouse. A portion of the information provided in Reference (a) was inadvertently marked Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2.
At the request of TUSI, this letter is being provided to document that none of the information in Reference (a) is proprietary to Westinghouse and that the TUSI submittal should be processed by the Staff as a non-proprietary document.
