Reference (a) was a transuittal from Texas Utilities Services Inc. (TUSI) to your office which provided information in response to open items from the NRC's Equipment Qualification Branch SQRT (Seismic Qualification Review Tean) audit of the Connche Peak site.
The TUSI submittal contained information provided by WestinghoJse. A portion of the infomation' provided in Reference (a) was inadvertently t arked Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2.
At the request of TUSI, this letter is being provided to document that none of the information in Reference (a) is proprietary to Westinghouse and that the TUSl submittal.
