Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Company's responce dated March 29, 1983, on the subject violation did not address training performed with plant technical personnel.
Training sessions held on March 17 and April 7, 1983, covered the various methods of tripping logic bistables in the Westinghouse 7300 Process Cabinets and was designed to ensure future compliance with Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) requirements.
This letter is a supplement to our original response on this violation.
