11. Identification of Change Page 17.1-15 of the SNUPPS Standard Plant PSAR Reason for Change The revised page reflects the fact that KG&E has incorporated into the QA Program a commitment to Regulatory Guide 1.146 made in response to NRC Generic Letter 81-01 dated 5/4/81.

Basis for Concluding that Revised Program Satisfies 10CFR50 Appendix B This additional commitment to the program satisfies 10CFR50 Appendix B.

Bolts are tightened using direct tension indicators in accordance with AISC Specifi-cation for Structural Joints Using ASTM A325 or g.. A490 Bolts, approved May 8, 1974. As a result, the

'2 semblies is: "the length of the bolts shall be such that the point of the bolt will be flush with or out-side of the face of the nut when completely installed."
