Dear Mr. Denton:
In our letter to the NRC, dated October 8, 1982, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) requested an Amendment to Operating License NPF-12.
This requested amendment included and a changes that were both technical and administrative,
$4,000 check for a Class III license amendment fee accompanied the application.
Per a January 13, 1983 letter from the License Fee Management Branch of the NRC's Office of Administration, your Staff has determined that those requested changes which are technical in nature involve individual consideration and each requires a The administrative Class III license amendment fee of $4,000.
changes, however, require only a single Class II license amendment fee of $1,200.
Therefore, an additional sum of $9,200 is required.
Accordingly, a $9,200 check is submitted herewith to supplement the initial $4,000 Class III license amendment fee for a total of $13,200 for three (3) Class III-and one (1) Class II license amendment fees.
