1.0 Purpose l

FNP-0-STP-611.0 s 5.2 Mechanical Foreman shall be notified if discrepancies are encountered that cannot be resolved within the scope of this procedure. ,

1 5.3 shift Supervisor shall be notified if acceptance criteria are NOT met.

5.4 Maintenance Group is responsible for performance,  ;

documentation and initial review of maintenance '

surveillance tests in accordance with FNP-0-AP-5.

5.5 A Maintenance Work nequest (MWR) shall be issued l prior to performing any corrective maintenance identified during performance of this STP.

5.6 Observe all precautions and limitations listed in FNP-0-GMP-0.0, Mechanical Maintenance Precautions and Limitations.

M 6.0 Prerequisites and Initial Conditions 6.1 shift Supervisor has authorized performance of this procedure.

6.2 Personnel performing the test procedure have been briefed in proper procedure performance and meet qualification requirements as specified in FNP-0-AP-31.

6.3 This inspection may be performed during any mode of plant operation.

7.0 Maintenance Instructions M 7.1 Inspect the east and west banks of the spillway channel between the spillway structure and the storage pond for any signs of land slippage or erosion damage caused by the water runoff from the storge pond.

M 7.2 Inspect the upstream side of the spillway structure '

for any signs of water erosion and especially behind the sheet piling on the wast and west sides of the spillway structure.

M 7.3 Inspect the spillway drop and verify there has been

,_,no erosion damage to the impact blocks or to the concrete floor of the drop.

M 7.4 Inspect the sheet pile cut-off wall at the down stream end of teh spillway drop and verify that there is no under-cutting under the drop structure.
