Dear Chairman Palladino:
Once again I would like to restate my support of the Clinch River Breeder Reactor project.
I am enclosing previous correspondence written to the Commission which was evidently ignored. I would hope that the Commission would make a positive decision on this most vital energy project rather than, as it has on numerous occasions in the past, waiver in the hot air emitted by the mental midgets which direct the anti-nuclear forces and certain less than distinguished politicians who know little or' nothing concerning science.
This project has unfortunately been deferred and deferred and deferred by the Commission at the pressure of a previous administration which failed to make any commitment to our nation's energy independence.
I again urge you to act with all due speed and approve the request for accelerated site preparation. This would allow site preparation to commence while at the same time preserving all elements of the N.R.C.'s environmental safety process.
If I can provide further information or in any way be of service j in this regard, I would be more than happy to do so.
