BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - MISLOCATION OF FLOW CHARACTERISTIC INDICATORS - BLRD-50-438/81-10, BLRD-50-439/81 SECOND REVISED FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright on January 9, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN CEB 8016. This was followed by our final report dated February 9, 1981 and our revised final report dated January 11, 1982.
As discussed with R. V. Crlenjak by telephone on July 6, 1982, the date of July 6,1982 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our revised final report on this matter would not be met. Work on the flow indicators has been completed for both units. Work on the thermal wells for unit 1 was completed, but additional modifications are now necessary. These modi-fications will be completed by January 31, 1983 for unit 1.
The corrective action on this matter will be completed by June 30, 1983 for unit 2 because of the need to procure additional thermal wells.
