APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Power Authority of the State of New York, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this license.
The proposed changes comprise the standard reload licensing submittal for the forthcoming Reload 5/ Cycle 6 core.
The changes involve deletions associated with discharged fuel types and new transient analyses.
The table of Minimum Critical Power Patic l
(MCPR) Operating Limits and associated figures are revised to l
acccommodate new fuel.
And two additional Pod Block Moaitor Trip l
Level Settings are added to facilitate rod pulls.
