.o Special Report Georgia Power Company Plant E. I. Hatch Docket No. 50-366 HPCI INJECTION INTO REACTOR On 1-23-82 at 20:41, reactor feed pump (RFP) "B" tripped while per-forming the weekly RFP surveilance test.
RFP "A" was isolated for maintenance. Reactor vessel level decreased causing a reactor scram and isolation. HPCI auto. initiated and injected into the reactor to restore and maintain level.
As of the date of this report, there have been twenty-two (22) incidents with HPCI injections into the reactor vessel.
