30 Day Reports Licensee Event Reports Nos.83-010 and 83-011 San Onofre Nuclear Ienerating Station, Unit 3 Pursuant to Section 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating License NPF-15 for San Onofre, Unit 3, this submittal provides the required 30-day written reports and copies of Licensee Event Reports (LER's) for two (2) occurrences involving Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.3.3.5 associated with Remote Shutdown Instrumentation.
Enclosed LER's83-010 and 83-011 and the attachments address these events, including co 7ective actions ari measures to prevent recurrence.
