a Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-410 Interim Report for a Potential 50.55(e) Concerning Separation Criteria for Power Generation Control Complex (PGCC) Equipment While Niagara Mohawk Quality Assurance was reviewing separation criteria for Power Generation Control Complex (PGCC) equipment supplied by General Electric, it was discovered that notes concerning separation criteria which appear on the system elementary diagrams were not transferred to the corresponding connection diagrams anc thus, were not incorporated into the PGCC hardware.
The impact of this deficiency on the hardware has not yet been determined.
General Electric has been notified of this deficiency through issuance of Nonconformance Report No. 53.
A final report will be submitted by April 1,1983.
