B-86 AMENDMENT NO. 2 Effective August 6,1982 Indemnity Agreement No. B-86, between South Carolina Electric and Gas Company and South Carolina Public Service Authority, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated September 15, 1978, as amended is hereby 'urther amended as follows:
