REV.1 BEACTOR VESSEL STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY SCHEDULE FOR PROVIDING REQUESTED INFORMATION By letter dated May 31, 1994, the NRC requested Virginia Electric and Power Company provide additional data regarding the upper shelf energy of forging 05 for North Anna Unit 1 and the nickel content of weld 058 for North Anna Unit 2.
Ir, addition, we were requested to review and verify the data entered into the NRC's computerized Reactor Vessel Integrity Database for North Anna Units 1 and 2. The requ6ad information and verification will be provided by September 6,1994.
